Matters of the heart have led me to an inner revolution. Of course, as with most revolutions,
it has been brewing for decades. Although I am more than 10 years behind on my ''to do'' list and
intention of a website; "ta da"..., here it is, finally, in its infancy.
Heralding originally from the flat and hot, then conversely bitter cold Canadian prairie,
I drove away in a snit last century, to the BC coast.
Currently living on a Gulf island, my life is, naturally, idyllic; as everyone knows, misery can't swim.
Frequently flummoxed, flawed and contradictory, my artwork and writing provide a
necessary form of playing, exploring and surviving...it is a tool, a blessing, at times a curse and ultimately, a transformative passion; to create and express.
Deeply in love with the natural and animal world still, I often hike in dresses and a jaunty chapeau as style does not have to be forsaken to play in the mud with mother nature!
I also love bubbles of any kind; blowing bubbles, popping bubble wrap, bubble baths and fizzy drinks.
As my secret superhero self I am otherwise known as a psychotherapist in private practice and through work in hospitals.
